In order to not have to choose a sandbox and type in the browser.exe every time I made a lnk file to desktop that says "C:\Program Files\Sandboxie-Plus\start.exe" /box:sandboxname "path to browser.exe" as target. I figured out that a way to bypass this is to use the sandboxie function "Run any program sandboxed". When the first instance of the browser was enforced to run sandboxed no links or attachments from other unsandboxed applications won't work. When I click on the link just nothing happens so I just have to always copy the link manually and paste it into the sandboxed browser. Please specify if your customers use third-party security suites different than Windows Defender. You might also be interested in the recommendations provided in #882 and #744. Personally I would suggest to reinstall their email clients and/or using new clean sandboxes in order to exclude the influence of applied templates or other configuration lines like BlockNetworkFiles=y that could cause issues with NFS storages or network shares.
